Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Perhaps you found me because you are overwhelmed by the pressure to be perfect and to get everything right all of the time. Maybe you just need a space to process your feelings and understand your experience better. Or, perhaps you want to feel less anxious in parenthood and build more ease and confidence in how you show up for yourself and your family. Whatever the reason, this is a great first step, and I'm looking forward to working together.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State. I received a Bachelor of Arts from Willamette University in 2013 and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington in 2015. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and am a Washington State Approved Supervisor.
As an empathetic and collaborative therapist, I will join you in exploring your struggles from a compassionate and empowering lens. Together, we will talk about your experiences, uncover the meaning in your challenges, and identify ways for you to create change and start healing. My approach is person centered and I value authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. I'm engaged and expressive in sessions and hope to create a space that feels warm, real, and collaborative.
I provide online therapy to help you:

My practice is fully virtual and I typically offer appointments Monday-Friday between 8am-3pm.
I accept several insurances and am happy to provide a monthly superbill if you have out of network benefits.
